User Agreement
Welcome to EHS Mastery. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and restrictions. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the platform.
1. Ownership of Content
All content on EHS Mastery—including courses, modules, games, assessments, quick cards, text, images, videos, graphics, animations, tools, and training materials—is the exclusive property of EHS Mastery. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your personal or organisational learning.
2. Restrictions on Use
Users must NOT engage in any of the following activities:
- Downloading or saving content unless explicitly allowed.
- Using screen recorders, scraping tools, or bots to extract or save platform content.
- Sharing, distributing, or uploading any course, video, game, quiz, PDF, screenshot, or training material to any third-party platform, social media, or message group.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the platform's content.
- Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing games, modules, design, or content in any form.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access.
- Removing, altering, or hiding copyright notices.
3. Permitted Use
You are allowed to:
- Access and use the content for personal or organisational training.
- Download content only when explicitly marked as downloadable.
- Use certificates for valid verification purposes.
- Report errors, bugs, or suspicious activity.
4. Account Suspension & Penalties
EHS Mastery reserves the right to take any of the following actions if you violate this Agreement:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- No refund for any active subscription or plan.
- IP/device blocking to prevent further access.
- Legal action under the Copyright Act, IT Act, and relevant international IP laws.
- Claiming financial damages for unauthorized use or distribution.
5. Legal Protection
All EHS Mastery content is protected under:
- Copyright Act, 1957
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
- International intellectual property laws
Unauthorized use of our platform or content may result in legal consequences including, but not limited to, civil penalties, criminal prosecution, and compensation claims.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing EHS Mastery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms within this User Agreement.
